Refund Policy for FlowClip

1. Overview

FlowClip Pro subscriptions purchased on Windows are sold through Paddle (paddle.com), which acts as our Merchant of Record and handles all payment processing, billing, tax collection, and returns. Anything you pay is processed through Paddle, and your contract for these purchases is with Paddle.

This page summarises our refund approach. Where local consumer protection laws or this Policy provide you with additional or non-waivable rights, the highest level of rights always applies. Nothing in this Policy limits your mandatory rights under applicable law, including Paddle's Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms and Conditions, which govern the refund relationship between you and Paddle.

2. Statutory Withdrawal Rights

Depending on where you live, local consumer protection laws may give you a statutory right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. Paddle applies the highest standard of protection for each region:

  • European Union / EEA / UK / Switzerland: 14-day right to withdraw
  • Türkiye / Israel: 14-day right to withdraw
  • South Korea / Brazil / Canada / China: 7-day right to cancel
  • Singapore: 5-day right to cancel

The right to withdraw applies to one-off purchases and to the first payment under a subscription. It typically does not apply once you have begun downloading, installing, or using the product if you expressly consented to immediate access at checkout.

3. FlowClip Pro Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be happy with FlowClip Pro. On top of any statutory rights, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with FlowClip Pro, you can request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, no explanation required.

Because FlowClip Pro is processed by Paddle, refunds issued under this guarantee are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method.

4. Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel your FlowClip Pro subscription at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation stops automatic renewal on your next billing date. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds generally will not be issued where:

  • There is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behaviour
  • A subscription has already auto-renewed for a new billing period (except under statutory withdrawal rights)
  • The features work as described and you are satisfied but no longer want the product

6. Tax Refunds

If you were charged sales tax (including VAT, GST, or similar) and are registered for that tax in the country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of the tax amount. You must contact Paddle within 60 days of the transaction date and provide a valid tax registration number or exemption certificate.

7. How to Request a Refund

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all FlowClip Pro purchases on Windows, all refund requests are handled by Paddle:

  • Click the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your transaction confirmation email; or
  • Visit paddle.net and follow the buyer refund flow; or
  • Email help@paddle.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

Please include your Paddle order number and the email address used at purchase when requesting a refund, so it can be processed quickly.

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact Paddle or us directly first — most issues can be resolved quickly without a chargeback. If you raise a chargeback with your bank or card provider, Paddle handles this process on your behalf and may contact you for information. Your lawful right to dispute a charge under applicable card-scheme or consumer protection rules is not affected.
